PROCESSING TIME
We ship MONDAY-FRIDAY, all orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don’t panic if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!
Processing times may be a few days longer when we are experiencing:
- A high volume of orders in peak seasons
- Covid-19 related issues
- Holiday Leave
- Launches / Re-stocks

1.How Can I Cancel (or adjust) My Order?
Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled or adjusted as it’s already on its way to being shipped.
Nevertheless, if you email us within a few hours after you place your order to support@cetus3d.com, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us. Please email us at support@cetus3d.com if you’re in this situation and kindly note that we will refund after deducting following cost from your original order payment:
- Original Shipping Cost
- Return Shipping Cost
- Restocking Fee (20% of item net value)
2.How Do I Correct Shipping Address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at support@cetus3d.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.
We can’t honor any request to locate the package or stop the package.
You are responsible for all costs and risks caused by incorrect shipping address, including:
- Return shipping cost generated by original parcel
- Reshipping cost for a new parcel to your right address
Please contact us if you see the package is on its way back to us and provide us your correct shipping address.
To get rid of paying extra cost, it is very important that you ensure that the shipping address is correct and that the actual location of the shipping address is safe and secure for delivery.

Yes, an email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
